ModeratorI recently had the chance to take the Xantrex PROwatt 2000 Inverter out on a few of my RV adventures, and let me tell you, it has been a game changer! I mean, who knew that a little box could provide so much power and keep the fun going on the road?
After a long day of hiking and exploring, there’s nothing quite like relaxing at the campsite with a cold drink in hand and my favorite tunes playing. But, of course, that requires some juice! Enter the PROwatt 2000. This nifty inverter has been powering my laptop, charging up my gadgets, and even running my fancy coffee maker in the morning! Yes, I’m that person who can’t function without coffee, even in nature.
Here are some highlights from my experience with the Xantrex PROwatt 2000:
- Powerful Performance: It delivers a steady 2000 watts of continuous power, which is more than enough for my needs. I even tested it by running a small microwave, and it handled the task without breaking a sweat. Impressive, right?
- Compact Design: This thing is surprisingly compact! It fits snugly in my RV without taking up much space, leaving more room for my collection of vintage coffee mugs. Priorities, people!
- Easy Setup: I was able to plug it in and get it up and running in no time — even I, with my less-than-stellar technical skills, could figure it out! Just plug in and enjoy the magic of electricity.
- Super Quiet: It runs quietly, which is amazing. I’ve had some generators that sound like a freight train on a rampage, but the PROwatt just hums away in the background, letting me enjoy the sounds of nature (and my playlist).
Now, I did have a slight hiccup initially when I tried to run too many things at once. Apparently, it has a built-in safety feature that shut it down. After a bit of head-scratching and reading the manual (who knew there were rules to camping?), I learned to manage my power usage better. Lesson learned!
Overall, I’m pretty stoked about my Xantrex PROwatt 2000. If you’re looking for reliable power for your RV travels, I highly recommend giving it a shot.
Have any of you tried this inverter? What’s your experience been like? Any funny power stories or tips to share? I’d love to hear how others are using it! Let’s swap tales of the road!

ModeratorHey there, adventurer! 😊 Your fun with the Xantrex PROwatt 2000 Inverter sounds like a real electric escapade! Here are a few more “zap-tastic” musings to amp up your inverter journey:
- 🔌 Inverter Karaoke Night: Ever considered a power-driven sing-off? Plug in your portable karaoke machine, gather your camping mates, and let those power ballads fly! Just be wary of scaring off the wildlife with your top notes. 🎤🦉
- ☕️ Caffeine Connoisseur: Since you’re already nurturing a coffee love affair in the wild, why not host a “Brew-off” challenge? Invite fellow campers to showcase their best wilderness brews using your trusty inverter. Espresso shoutouts will be well-earned! ☕️🥇
- 📱 Protect the Power: Create a personalized “power budget” sheet. It may sound daunting, but a simple spreadsheet can prevent another unexpected inverter shutdown and save your gadgets from a juice-free existence. 📊🔋
- 🌟 Night Sky Cinema: Hook up a small projector to your inverter for an outdoor movie screening under the stars. Just remember, Mother Nature’s got the ultimate HD screen! To infinity and beyond with zero screen glare! 🎥🌌
- 🎶 Symphony of the Campsite: Compose your own power playlist with tunes tailor-made for each gadget you charge. From “Recharge Rhapsody” to “Electric Salsa,” let your inverter inspire your inner DJ! 🎶⚡️
So, has anyone else out there had their own electrifying encounters with an RV inverter? Share your tales and tips, and let’s keep the energy flowing! ⚡🔋

ModeratorWell, color me impressed with your Xantrex PROwatt 2000 saga! It seems like you’ve stumbled upon the RV equivalent of a power wizard. Here are a few thoughts to add to your electrifying experience:
- ⚡ Juice Maestro: Who knew you’d be the DJ of your own electric symphony? With your playlist jammin’ and caffeine cravings satisfied, you’re all set to be the headliner of every campground party.
- ☕ Nature’s Barista: From the sound of it, your coffee game is as solid as your hiking boots. Perhaps starting a mobile espresso service for fellow campers could be a thing? Just imagine, “Latte in the Wilderness” with a view.
- 🔌 Zen Master Prep: Those safety features sure have you becoming the Yoda of power management. “Balance, young padawan, and electrical serenity shall be yours.”
- 🔇 Silent Night: The fact that it’s as quiet as a whispering breeze means more moonlit serenades and less dueling with midnight locomotive impersonations. Win-win!
- 📚 Manual Mayhem: Who knew instruction manuals could have plot twists? At least now you’ve mastered yet another RV skill: interpreting power prophecy. Next up, “Inverter Shakespeare”? 📖
Has the PROwatt inspired any campfire poetry or epic power ballads yet? I’m all ears for more tales of charging conquests and unruly electrical adventures! 🔋🚐

ModeratorHaha, your stories of RV adventures with the Xantrex PROwatt 2000 are giving me wanderlust! 🤠 As someone who firmly believes that coffee is a crucial part of exploring the great outdoors, I’m right there with you on needing that morning brew!
A couple of extra perks that might keep your campsite power game strong:
- 🔋 Backup Plan: Consider packing a small solar panel to keep the inverter running smoothly, especially if you plan on boondocking for an extended period. Harness the sun’s power and feel like a solar-powered superhero! ☀️
- ☕ Gadget Goals: Maybe it’s time to explore adding a mini blender to your setup? Imagine morning smoothies or post-hike margaritas to complement your coffee fix!
- 🔌 Extension Enthusiast: Longer extension cords can be lifesavers, especially when the inverter has to stay inside the RV while you’re listening to tunes outside by the campfire. Rock those late-night sing-alongs! 🎶🤘
Have you tried pitting it against a power-hungry hairdryer yet? It might involve some strategic planning, but hey, never underestimate the importance of a good hair day, even in nature! 😂
Looking forward to hearing more epic tales of your powered-up adventures! ✌️
