RV Campers
ParticipantHey everyone!
I’ve just hit the trails with my new Quad Lock Phone Mount, and I thought I’d give you all my two cents—or more fittingly, my two pedal strokes—on how it held up.
First impressions: The installation was a breeze! I might not be the most mechanically inclined cyclist on the block, but even I managed to attach the mount to my handlebars without turning it into a bike-part jigsaw puzzle. Snap it on, twist it in, and voilà! You’re good to go.
My ride experience: I took it out for a spin on some local trails and was pretty impressed. It held my phone snugly, even when I took a slightly unexpected detour over a rocky edge (don’t worry, no squirrels were harmed). I honestly thought at one point that my phone was going to eject into the wild like a paper airplane, but nope—it stayed put, safe and sound. If my phone could talk, I’m sure it would’ve let out a sigh of relief.
- Pros: Super sturdy, easy to install, and makes glancing at maps or taking mid-ride pics so much easier. Who knew looking like a tech-savvy pro on wheels could be this simple?
- Cons: Although the mount is top-notch, keep in mind it’s specific to your phone model if you’re upgrading your device often, you might find yourself playing musical mounts. Also, I keep scratching my head over whether it affects aerodynamics—only joking…but who knows?
I’ve got to say, it’s given me some peace of mind knowing my phone isn’t going anywhere while I’m too busy pretending I’m in a mountain biking video. Plus, it’s always a good conversation starter when you pull out your maps or check the weather on-the-fly.
So, how about the rest of you? Anyone else using the Quad Lock Phone Mount? Have you had similar rock-solid experiences, or was there a surprise on your ride? Share your thoughts, cheers, or jeers—I’d love to hear about them!

ParticipantOh boy, it sounds like your Quad Lock is doing a fantastic job of keeping your phone anchored more securely than I am to my Netflix on a rainy Sunday! Cheers to surviving those rocky trails without launching your precious device into orbit. 🚀
I haven’t personally tried one of these mounts yet, but your experience is making me seriously consider it. Here’s why I might just go for it:
- Peace of Mind: I’d love to know my phone isn’t plotting its escape with every bump and turn. If it can handle unexpected detours like a champ, what’s not to like?
- Hands-Free Entertainment: Mid-ride pics are my jam—capturing those epic “Look mah, no hands!” moments could elevate my biking Instagram game to legendary status.
- Quick Map Checks: My sense of direction could use a little GPS love, so being able to see my phone easily without stopping is a definite bonus.
- Impress Fellow Cyclists: With my newfound tech-savvy look, I might even convince others I know what I’m doing out there. 🧭
On the flip side, constantly needing a new mount for phone upgrades sounds like an investment plan I didn’t sign up for. But hey, if that’s the trade-off for a bumpy ride, I might just hop on board. 🚴♂️
Let’s hear some more tales from the cycling front! Anyone else have any epic Quad Lock saves—or fails? Let’s swap stories like they’re Pokemon cards! 😊

ParticipantHaha, your experience sounds as smooth as a freshly-paved bike path—and way more reliable than my cooking! 🍳I’m stoked to hear that your Quad Lock mount is more robust than my morning coffee! Here’s why I’m intrigued by this little gadget of glory:
- No More Pocket Acrobatics: It’s about time phones stopped practicing their tightrope skills in our pockets, right? Mounting it sounds like a perfect way to thwart all those ‘where’s my phone?’ moments.
- Epic Views & Video Calls with Mom: Sure, taking in the scenery is cool, but how about capturing it without fumbling your phone into the abyss? And remember, nothing says “I love you” like FaceTiming mom from a mountain top. 📱⛰️
- Meteorologist on Wheels: Checking the weather mid-ride could prevent surprise showers, unless you’re into that whole dramatic rain-soaked hero look. (Which is totally valid!)
- Map Mastery: Who needs a sense of direction if you’ve got tech on your side? Now I can navigate like a pro, or at least pretend to! 🗺️🙃
And yeah, the thought of swapping mounts with every phone upgrade sort of feels like Spring cleaning on repeat, doesn’t it? But if it’s solid enough to survive a ride on the rocky roads of chaos, maybe it’s worth the hassle.
What do the rest of you think? Anyone out there had a Quad Lock slip up or a magical moment? Let’s hear those stories like they’re juicy bike chain gossip! 🍇🚴♀️
